Portrait or landscape?

Monthly and yearly calendars support both orientations. Monthly photo calendars use portrait, with room for your photo above the dates.

Portrait

Taller than it is wide. A natural fit for narrow wall spaces and photo calendars.

Landscape

Wider than it is tall. Useful for a broad monthly grid or a year at a glance.

Create a calendar

  1. Match your paper

    Choose the same paper size and orientation in the calendar and your printer settings. For A3, A2 or Ledger, check your printer’s supported sizes or use a print shop.

  2. Choose the right scaling

    Download a PDF for printing. Use actual size (100%) when your printer supports it, or fit to the printable area if margins would clip the calendar. Fitting makes the printed content slightly smaller.

  3. Take one last look

    Check the print preview for cut-off edges, readable text and the correct pages. Print one page first before printing the whole calendar.
